“Terra Mare” means “Earth and Sea”, symbolizing the balance between land and ocean that’s central to the restaurant’s philosophy.
Terra Mare is designed as a journey of three floors into the Earth and Sea, capturing a unique ambiance inspired by natural elements, tailored to enhance guests’ dining experience. The culinary journey blends Mediterranean and Vietnamese influences, creating visually stunning and deeply flavorful dishes.
Ingredients are carefully sourced, focusing on sustainability and local partnerships to bring out the best in every dish. From delicate seafood creations to earthy, robust dishes inspired by the land, the menu invites diners to explore a range of textures, colors, and tastes.
