OPERATING HOURS

Terra Mare is open exclusively for dinner service and is closed every Tuesday.

Service Begins: 6:00 PM
Last Order: 9:00 PM

We recommend reserving in advance to ensure a seamless dining experience.

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservation Confirmation:

A deposit of 500,000 VND per guest is required at the time of making the reservation to confirm the number of guests.

Cancellation of Reservation:

If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or provide no notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Changes in Number of Guests:

Any changes must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
If no notice is given, we will assume the customer has confirmed the original number of guests, and the customer must pay the full amount for the original booking.
Terra does not accept takeaways.

Payment Terms:

By confirming your reservation, you agree that the total amount on the bill, based on the prices listed on the website, will be paid in full at the time of your experience at Terra Mare and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Note:

To ensure the best dining experience for all our guests, we kindly inform you that:

🔸 Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the reserved time.
🔸 After this period, if we are unable to reach you, the table may be released to accommodate other guests.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance if you anticipate arriving late — we are happy to assist whenever possible.

We encourage you to carefully check all information before confirming your reservation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

At Terra Mare, we are committed to delivering a memorable dining experience tailored to your preferences. Should you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements, we kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This ensures that our culinary team can carefully craft dishes that meet your needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity. DRINK POLICY & CORKAGE CHARGES

We welcome guests who wish to bring their own wines to complement their dining experience. Please note the following: A corkage fee applies, with a limit of 2 bottles per table. For groups of 8 or more, wine must be purchased from our curated selection on-site. We highly appreciate your understanding

CHILDREN POLICY

At Terra Mare, we are delighted to welcome families and children to enjoy our fine dining experience. To ensure the highest quality of service and preserve a refined atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that children be 12 years of age or older to dine with us and considerate as adult. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a serene and enjoyable environment for everyone.

OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY

To ensure the integrity of our dining experience, we kindly request that no outside food be brought into Terra Mare. For special occasions such as birthdays or parties, we are pleased to offer a cake menu upon request. Tailor-made cakes can also be arranged with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
